Key activities include benefits benchmarking, renewal support, vendor coordination, reporting, and advising clients on global benefits best practices. The GBM team plays a vital role in helping multinational organisations deliver effective, compliant, and competitive benefits programmes worldwide.

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain, develop a deep understanding of their global challenges, and act as a trusted advisor on employee benefits strategy.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as support client retention.
  • Have a clear understanding of clients’ priorities and actively coordinate and communicate across the teams to ensure a successful client delivery and management of global benefits in line with clients’ guidelines.
  • Manage clients' insurable benefits on a daily basis, support the implementation process, ensure key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data, and ensure internal and external teams are aligned.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your dedicated portfolio of multinational clients and internal teams, such as Marsh local brokers regarding clients’ deliverables and provide guidance to the internal teams and your stakeholders at client side.
  • Manage delivery and materials to the clients, and present results during client meetings.
  • Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.
  • Support local and global teams as well as sales opportunities.

What you need to have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Law, Sociology, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the employee benefits sector
  • Native-level Spanish and strong English skills in both written and spoken communication (minimum B2)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage different audiences
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • A curious, growth-minded attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improving how things are done
  • Confidence using MS Office and working with different systems, including the ability to analyse data in Excel and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations

What will help you stand out?

  • Experience or knowledge in employee benefits, HR, and/or general insurance
  • A background in consulting/client-facing roles
  • A strong team spirit and a collaborative working style
  • A growth mindset, with curiosity and the confidence to think creatively
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives

Why join our team:

  • You will be part of a vibrant, inclusive culture, working alongside talented colleagues to create innovative solutions that make an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities
  • We will support you to be your best through professional development, meaningful work, and supportive leadership
  • Our scale opens up a wide range of career opportunities, alongside benefits and rewards designed to support your wellbeing
