Ciocca Automotive is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Manager to lead our Hanover Honda dealership. What You'll Do

• •Lead overall dealership operations and drive profitability across all departments.
• •Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• •Lead, coach, and develop department managers while holding teams accountable for results.
• •Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics daily, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans.
• •Build a culture focused on accountability, employee development, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• •Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
• •Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes, standards, and operating objectives.

What We're Looking For

• •3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• •Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
• •Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
• •Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• •Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI.
• •High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• •Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
