  • Dabei kommt sowohl unserem anspruchsvollen Organisations- und Pflegekonzept als auch der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Zielsetzungen eine sehr hohe Bedeutung zu.

Ergänzen Sie unser Team als motivierter und engagierter Examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) mit der Weiterbildung zur geronto-psychiatrischen Fachkraft (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Grundpflege
  • Behandlungspflege
  • Vorbereitung von Arztvisiten
  • Medikamentenversorgung
  • Pflegeplanung durchführen
  • Geronto-psychiatrischer Betreuung der an Demenz erkrankten Personen

Anforderungen an den Bewerber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Alten- oder Krankenpfleger inkl. der Weiterbildung zur geronto-psychiatrischen Fachkraft
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und kranken Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
