Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

  • Führung des Unternehmens im Rahmen der Konzernanforderungen sowie strategische Ausrichtung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Planung und Steuerung der Distribution, weiterer Ausbau des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Weiterentwicklung der Logistik und des Fuhrparkmanagements
  • Zielvorgaben für und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition und Verteilerabrechnung
  • Koordination der Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Produktmanagement (z.B.: Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen, neue Produkte)
  • Verantwortung für weitere Themen wie Datenschutz, Compliance, Risikomanagement, Cyber Security

Worauf es uns ankommt

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Post- oder Logistikunternehmen
  • Einschlägiges Studium und mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Fuhrpark-, Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse im Bereich adressierter und unadressierter Sendungen (insbesondere Zustellung von Tageszeitungen) erwünscht
  • Exzellentes Logistik- und Fuhrparkmanagement Know-how
  • Erfahrung in Konzernstrukturen
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse mit Methoden zur Prozessverbesserung (z. B. Six Sigma) sowie ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Disposition und Abrechnung von Frächtern bzw. Zustellern*innen
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen

Ihr Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens EUR 100.000,00 Jahresbruttobezug, all-in auf Vollzeitbasis inklusive eines erfolgsabhängigen Anteils plus Dienstwagen.
