  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als Heimhilfe arbeiten Sie im multiprofessionellen Team und stehen in engem Kontakt zu PA/PFA und DGKP. Sie arbeiten ihr Ihrer Bezugsgruppe und haben dadurch eine enge Beziehung zu den zugeteilten Bewohner/-innen.
  • Wir achten darauf, dass jede Berufsgruppe nach ihren Kompetenzen eingesetzt wird.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildungsnachweis inkl. Kompetenzerweiterung
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege
  • Ressourcenorientiertes Arbeiten, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung mit EDV-Dokumentation von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Freude an der Arbeit im älteren Menschen

Entlohnung nach SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag mit monatl. Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis je nach Qualifikation ab € 2337,60 (exkl. Zulagen), individuelle höhere Einstufung nach Vordienstzeiten.
