Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Begleitung und Unterstützung von erwachsenen Menschen mit Behinderungen im Bereich Wohnen nach dem Leitbild der Lebenshilfe Kärnten. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung sozialpädagogischer Konzepte in Hinblick ressourcenorientierter Förderung und Stärkung der Selbstständigkeit der begleiteten Personen. Pflegetätigkeiten, intensive Elternarbeit und die Dokumentation nach den Richtlinien der ICF sind weitere Bestandteile Ihrer Arbeit.

  • # Betreuung von Menschen mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung
  • # Betreuung von pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • # Betreuung von Wohngemeinschaften
  • # Haushaltsführungskenntnisse

Unsere Anforderungen:

Eine laufende behindertenpädagogische Ausbildung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung, gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B. Verständnis von Inklusion und Personenzentrierung werden vorausgesetzt.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Die Mitarbeit in einem engagierten und kompetenten Team mit abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten, Supervision, Fort- und Weiterbildungen.

Mindestgehalt € 2.676,40,-- brutto auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung gemäß SWÖ-KV, Verwendungsgruppe 5/1. Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikation werden zur exakten Gehaltsabrechnung berücksichtigt.
