Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Golang Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable and high-performance

backend products and services. The role works across the software development lifecycle and collaborates with

product, engineering and DevOps teams in a product-focused Scrum environment. The technology landscape

includes Golang, Google Spanner, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka/Pub/Sub, Kubernetes and GCP, with monitoring

and engineering tools such as Datadog, Postman, K6 and SonarQube.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain product features and backend services using Golang.

Design and optimize database structures, SQL queries and data integrity using Google Spanner.

Develop and support REST APIs and microservices with focus on availability, reliability and performance.

Implement monitoring, logging and analytics for service usage, performance and system health.

Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Support production troubleshooting, technical documentation, estimation and knowledge sharing.

Work in a product-focused Scrum team against a product-owner-driven roadmap.

Apply LLM and agentic workflow practices within the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

3+ years as a Backend Developer, including 1+ year as a Golang Developer.

Strong database/SQL knowledge, REST API principles and microservices architecture.

Experience with high-load/high-uptime production services and Docker/Kubernetes/cloud-native technologies.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum, QA processes, LLMs and agentic workflows.
