What You'll Do

Engage with existing and potential clients via phone and in-person meetings

Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers

Win new business through strategic negotiation and market insight

Partner with clients to understand and solve their project challenges

Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience in recruitment required

Sales experience is ideal

Bachelor’s degree (desirable but not essential)

Energetic, confident, and highly motivated personality

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Clear personal and professional goals
