Deine Aufgaben

Zubereitung von traditionellen türkischen Grillgerichten auf dem Holzkohlengrill

Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Speisen nach unseren Qualitätsstandards

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung unserer Küche und Menüs

Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und Sauberkeit im gesamten Küchenbereich

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Dein Profil

Erfahrung als Koch oder Grilleur_in mit Kenntnissen der türkischen Küche

Leidenschaft fürs Grillen mit echter Holzkohle

Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Türkisch von Vorteil

Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

Sorgfältige und hygienebewusste Arbeitsweise

Arbeitsausmaß: 40 Std/Woche - nach Absprache zu den geregelten Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag von 12:00 Uhr bis 23 Uhr und Freitag sowie Samstag bis 02:00 Uhr
