- Zubereitung von Fleisch-, Fisch- und Grillgerichten
- Fachgerechte Bedienung und Überwachung der Grillstation
- Vorbereitung und Portionierung der Zutaten
- Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Speisenqualität
- Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards nach HACCP
- Reinigung und Pflege des Arbeitsbereiches sowie der Grillgeräte
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam
- Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung als Grilleur, Grillkoch/-köchin oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für die Zubereitung von Grillgerichten
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit auch in Stoßzeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
- Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Abenddiensten
- Wir bieten
- Sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem beliebten Gastronomiebetrieb im 22. Bezirk
- Angenehmes, familiäres Betriebsklima
- Geregelte Arbeitszeiten innerhalb von 11:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
- Voll. oder Teilzeit 30-40 Stunden pro Woche möglich
- Bezahlung laut Kollektivvertrag für Gastronomie und Hotellerie jedoch min. 2.000€ netto
- Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
