About the Role:

As a Group Manager - Programmatic, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.

Responsibilities:

• •Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
• •Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
• •Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
• •Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
• •Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
• •Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• •Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• •Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
• •Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.
• •Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must.

Qualifications:

• •5-8 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.
• •Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• •Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
• •Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.
• •Excellent client management and communication skills.
• •Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Strong Excel and PPT skills.

• •Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation.
• •Budget Management: Responsible for large scale budget management, and forecasting.
• •A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and identify winning strategies.
• •Attribution Modelling: Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and it's effect on performance.
