  • Eine freie Grundschule, in der ganzheitliches Lernen und Naturerfahrungen im Mittelpunkt stehen

Das bringst du mit:

  • 2. Staatsexamen für das Lehramt an Grundschulen
  • Idealerweise Lehrerfahrung an freien oder reformpädagogischen Schulen
  • Montessori-Erfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, dich aktiv in Montessori-Pädagogik einzuarbeiten
  • Begeisterung für projektorientiertes Arbeiten und naturnahes Lernen
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten, Teamarbeit sowie der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Engagement, Offenheit und Kreativität

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Kinder im Lernen und Gestaltung des Unterrichts
  • Umsetzung Montessori-orientierter Lernangebote
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unseres Schulalltags angelehnt an unser eigenes pädagogisches Konzept.
