Tätigkeitsbereich

Für die Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Liegenschaften suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich geschickten Mitarbeiter.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Allgemeine laufende Liegenschaftsbetreuung

Durchführen von einfachen Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Maler- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten

Reinigungsarbeiten in und rund um die Gebäude

Pflege und Instandhaltung von Außenanlagen und Grünflächen

Gartenarbeiten und einfache Gartengestaltung

Pflege von Fassaden sowie einfache Reinigungs- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten an Fassaden

Kontrolle des allgemeinen Zustands der Gebäude und Außenanlagen

Unterstützung bei saisonalen Arbeiten, insbesondere bei der Gartenpflege

Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den betreuten Bereichen sicherstellen

Anforderungen

Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Hausbetreuung, Instandhaltung, Malerarbeiten, Reinigung oder Gartenpflege von Vorteil

Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Körperliche Belastbarkeit

Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Arbeitsmaterialien

Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Hausbetreuung zu übernehmen

Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation und für die Arbeitsorganisation

Führerschein B von Vorteil

Beschäftigungsbedingungen

Vollzeitbeschäftigung: 40 Wochenstunden

*Mindestentgelt: EUR 2100 brutto/Monat. Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
