  • Sicherstellung eines laufenden technischen Gebäudebetriebs sowie Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an allen MCI-Standorten
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten, Umbauten und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Fremdfirmen an den Standorten
  • Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Gebäudesicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, technischen Dokumentationen und Bestellprozessen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der AV-Technik bei Veranstaltungen
  • Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre oder HTL), idealerweise in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik
  • und/oder Elektrotechnik
  • Berufserfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Verständnis für Sicherheits- und Betriebsabläufe
  • Ausbildung als Brandschutzbeauftragter und/oder Sicherheitsfachkraft von Vorteil
  • Führerschein B
