  • Ausmaß: Teilzeit 18,5 Wochenstunden (BA 50% auf Basis einer 37 Stundenwoche)
  • Beginn: ab Oktober 2026
  • Dienstgeber*in: Odilien-Institut GmbH, Leonhardstraße 130, 8010 Graz
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Individuelle, personenzentrierte Begleitung und Betreuung im Alltagsleben und bei sozialen Lebensfragen
  • Förderung von Teilhabe und Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten, Festen etc.
  • Pflegerische Tätigkeit
  • Dokumentation (Tagesdokumentation, Entwicklungsdokumentation, Pflegedokumentation)
  • Netzwerkarbeit
  • Mitwirken bei der pädagogischen Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene bzw. anerkannte pädagogische Berufsausbildung für das beschriebene Arbeitsfeld
  • Eigenverantwortung, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung im psychosozialen Bereich
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem Team
  • Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zu Nachtbereitschaften, Wochenenddiensten, Feiertagsdiensten
  • Wir bieten:
