Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung im Wohnalltag
  • Förderung von Selbstbestimmung, Eigenständigkeit und sozialer Teilhabe
  • Mitgestaltung von Freizeit-, Beschäftigungs- und Alltagsangeboten
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Dokumentation sowie Mitwirkung bei Betreuungsplanungen
  • Anforderungen:
  • Ausbildung nach OÖ Sozialberufegesetz auf Fachniveau ( FSB BB)
  • flexibel, teamfähig, belastbar
  • lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse
