  • Unterstützung bei Arztbesuchen, Terminen und Alltagsorganisation
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungs- und Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer_in Behindertenarbeit (FSB BA) inkl. Registrierung im GBR
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Wertschätzende, empathische und respektvolle Haltung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Führerschein B und eigener PKW von Vorteil
  • solide Deutschkenntnisse
