Ihre Aufgaben:

Für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit als Persönliche Assistent:in ist keine spezielle Qualifikation bzw. Ausbildung erforderlich, wohl aber ein hohes Maß an Reflexionsbereitschaft wie die Fähigkeit sich zurücknehmen zu können. Es handelt sich um eine anspruchsvolle, spannende und vielseitige Arbeit, bei der der individuelle persönliche Bedarf der assistenznehmenden Person, im Fokus steht.

  • Persönliche Assistent:in für einen jungen Mann mit Lernschwierigkeiten in Innsbruck. Die Unterstützung betrifft sowohl die Freizeit, als auch die Assistenz am Arbeitsplatz
  • (Landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb). Die Bereitschaft an Wochenenden und am Abend zu arbeiten
  • muss gegeben sein

Ihr Profil:

  • Keine Scheu vor körperlicher Arbeit oder der Arbeit mit Tieren
  • Führerschein B
  • Bereitschaft, sich auf den Kunden und seinen Kommunikationsstil einzulassen
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität in einem zuvor vereinbarten Zeitrahmen
  • Absolute Verlässlichkeit
  • Nachtdienste
  • Die Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Supervision wird vorausgesetzt.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

eine Fix-Anstellung für 20 Wochenstunden

Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV (Verwendungsgruppe 5) je nach Qualifikation (6)

Brutto € 2.676,40 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Angabe auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, Gehaltsstufe 1, gem. SWÖ-KV 2026)
