### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden im Bereich Hörakustik
  • Durchführung von Hörtests und audiometrischen Messungen
  • Anpassung, Programmierung und Nachbetreuung von Hörsystemen
  • Abformung von Ohrpassstücken und Anfertigung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Verkauf von Hörsystemen, Zubehör und Serviceleistungen
  • Dokumentation der Messergebnisse und Kundenakten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit HNO-Ärztinnen und -Ärzten sowie Kostenträgern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Service­standards
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

### Anforderungsprofil

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hörakustikergeselle/in
  • Kenntnisse in Audiometrie, Hörsystemanpassung und moderner Messtechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit EDV- und Abrechnungssystemen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit Krankenkassen von Vorteil
