Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Hörakustik-Fachgeschäft mit einem kleinen, familiären Team von insgesamt drei Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns zählen nicht nur fachliches Können, sondern auch ein respektvoller Umgang, Zusammenhalt und Freude an der Arbeit. Wir verstehen uns gut, unterstützen uns gegenseitig und arbeiten gemeinsam daran, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden bestmögliche Hörlösungen zu bieten.

## Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung – Teilzeit oder Vollzeit möglich
  • Bruttogehalt ab 2.800 €, 13 Gehälter inklusive Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld
  • Monatlicher steuerfreier Gutschein über 50 € zum Beispiel als Tankgutschein
  • Möglichkeit zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
  • 30 Tage Urlaub bei einer 5-Tage-Woche
  • Gelegentliche Samstagsarbeit von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr – selbstverständlich als Überstunden angerechnet
  • Angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem eingespielten Team
