Als Hostess / Host bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und prägst maßgeblich den ersten Eindruck unseres Panoramarestaurants Sphere Tim Raue in 207 Metern Höhe.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Freundliche Begrüßung, Platzierung und Verabschiedung unserer nationalen & internationalen Gäste
  • Koordination des Platzierungsablaufs in enger Abstimmung mit dem Restaurantteam
  • Professionelle Gästebetreuung und souveräner Umgang mit Wartezeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung (u. a. Panoramaetage & Gästetoiletten)
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Gruppenbesuchen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres, ruhiges Auftreten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Konfliktsicherheit
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
