  • Freundliche Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Gäste entlang der gesamten Guest Journey (Self Check-in / Self Check-out)
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Abläufe im Hotelsystem
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Anreisen sowie Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Buchungen sowie professionelle Gästekommunikation
  • Aktive Betreuung und persönliche Unterstützung unserer Inhouse-Gäste
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards im Hotelbereich
  • Dein Profil
  • BE YOURSELF - Sei authentisch und so wie Du bist
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent_in und / oder erste Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionist_in / Front Office Agent / Empfangsmitarbeiter_in
  • Gern arbeiten wir bei entsprechender Eignung Quereinsteiger_innen (z.B. aus dem Bereich Kundenservice, Kundensupport) mit Begeisterung für die Hotellerie ein
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Mindestgehalt: 2.330,- EUR brutto nach Kollektivvertrag* auf Vollzeitbasis - bei entsprechender Ausbildung
