Alongside your advisory role, you are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of HR processes. You ensure a reliable personnel administration, process employee changes, and oversee the administrative handling of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, absenteeism records, and HR-related correspondence.

Furthermore, you participate in HR projects, support employee engagement initiatives, and actively contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of HR processes.
