HR-Assistant (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bewerbermanagement vom Ein- bis Austritt inklusive dem Erstellen aller Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben
  • Sie pflegen die Stammdaten und verwalten die Personalakten
  • Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Präsentationen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Personalsachbearbeiter/in
  • Neben Englischkenntnissen bringen Sie einen sicheren Umgang in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen mit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und freundliches Auftreten
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Personalsachbearbeiter/in
  • Neben Englischkenntnissen bringen Sie einen sicheren Umgang in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen mit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und freundliches Auftreten
