  • HR-Prozesse ein. Ihre Aufgaben Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und
  • Führungskräften in personalrelevanten Themen Unterstützung im
  • Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement Begleitung von Personalentwicklungs-
  • und Change-Prozessen Mitwirkung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für administrative HR-Prozesse und HR-Projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich (ca. 5–10 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, HR Generalist oder Personalreferent
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht Sehr gute Deutsch- und
  • Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Ihre Perspektiven
  • Verantwortungsvolle Position mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Internationales Arbeitsumfeld Enge Zusammenarbeit mit
