  • Betreuung des gesamten Employee Lifecycle: vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
  • Mitgestaltung, Steuerung und Durchführung des Recruiting-Prozesses
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen sowie Pflege der Personalakten und HR-Systeme
  • Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, Richtlinien und Standards
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und BEM-Gesprächen sowie Unterstützung im Talent- und Performance-Management
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle oder als HR Business Partner
  • Erfahrung in folgenden Systemen: DATEV, ZEUS, Personio, MS-Office, Teams, SharePoint
  • Freude daran, ein wachsendes Unternehmen mitzugestalten
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
