- ###### Beschreibung
- Durchführung komplexer Prozessanalysen und Entwicklung optimierter Sollprozesse
- Übernahme der Process Ownership für definierte HR-Prozesse \(Qualität, Compliance, Reporting, Weiterentwicklung\)
- Optimierung von HR-Prozessen im Bereich Employee Services unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und digitaler Anforderungen
- Beratung von HR-Fachbereichen, Payroll und HR Business Partnern
- Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten \(z. B. Workday, ServiceNow HRSD\)
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Prozessdokumentation sowie fachliche Anleitung von Junior-KollegInnen

- ###### Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Prozess- oder Servicemanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von HR-Kernprozessen und Workday-Businessprozessen
- Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen \(Workday, Loga, ServiceNow\) und Kontrollmechanismen
- Analytische Stärke und Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
- Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernstrukturen
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
