HR Generalist

• We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist for Betsson Georgia to own a wide range of HR processes, from HR administration and payroll to employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and managing HR documentation and maintaining employee records;

Owning the monthly payroll process and time-tracking reporting;

Administering employee benefits;

Owning the onboarding process for new employees;

Coordinating mandatory compliance training for employees;

Planning and delivering employee experience initiatives, including office, team-building and corporate events;

Owning internal communication activities;

Keeping HR processes running smoothly and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field;

At least 3 years of work experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR administration;

Good knowledge of MS Excel;

Good command of English;

Strong communication and organisational skills;

Meticulous and accurate approach to work, with close attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;

Ability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment;

Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;

Experience working with HR metrics and People Analytics;

Experience working with Jira;

Ability to make data-driven decisions.
