In dieser Position sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle HR-Themen und gestalten aktiv die Personalprozesse mit.
  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Verantwortung für Anzeigen- und Bewerbermanagement
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Pflege, Auswertung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

  • Das Unternehmen ist in der Metallverarbeitung etabliert und legt großen Wert auf effiziente HR-Strukturen, die Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und langfristige Unternehmenssicherung. Es erwartet Sie ein motiviertes Team in einem international ausgerichteten Arbeitsumfeld.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist oder Personalreferent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP HR-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • ###### Was wir bieten
  • Jahresgehalt zwischen 55.000 € und 60.000 € brutto, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
