  • Aufgaben Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und Geschäftsführung
  • in allen HR-Themen Steuerung, Dokumentation und Optimierung
  • sämtlicher HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles Durchführung
  • des Recruitings sowie Umsetzung von Personalveränderungen und Themen
  • zu Führung, Leistung und Verhalten Unterstützung der vorbereitenden
  • Entgeltabrechnung sowie Verantwortung für Personalplanung und
  • HR-Controlling Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat, Mitwirkung bei
  • Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie interne HR-Kommunikation Mitarbeit in
  • HR-Projekten, Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR-Prozesse und Umsetzung
  • internationaler HR-Standards Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium mit
  • Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung
  • als HR Generalist), Personalreferent oder HR Manager Kenntnisse im
  • Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • sowie HR-Systemen, z. B. SAP SuccessFactors Ausgeprägte Beratungs-
  • und Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu
