Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer HR Generalistin (m/w/d) VZ in Bochum zu direkter Vermittlung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie alle dazugehörigen Aufgaben
  • Erstellung der Arbeitszeugnisse und Arbeitsverträge
  • Abwicklung aller administrativen Vorgänge vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Abwicklung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen in abrechnungsrelevanten, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragen
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträger
  • Überprüfung und Korrektur der monatlichen Zeiterfassungsnachweise
  • Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten und Optimierung/Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Kontaktfreude, Diskretion und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office und Kenntnisse in Datev
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
