The Role

Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources

• What You’ll Do
• During this internship, you will:

Assist theTA team with Span’s recruiting initiatives

Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates

Review applicants and help schedule phone screens

Represent Span at recruiting and networking events

Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent

About You

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing/ Completed a Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field

Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interest in recruiting, people operations, or employer branding

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Professional and personable communication style

Position Details

Location: In-person role based in Bengaluru

Duration: 6 months

Stipend : INR 20,000/Month
