You'll work alongside product, engineering, business, and healthcare teams solving real problems at national scale.

The Role

You'll join our HR team and own pieces of the hiring process — across both IT and Non-IT roles. Expect real recruiter work from week one: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and reporting.

Best suited to someone pursuing or just finishing an MBA in HR who wants hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do

• •Support end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles
• •Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• •Screen profiles against role requirements and run first-round candidate conversations
• •Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• •Keep candidates warm and informed through every stage
• •Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and what "good" looks like
• •Work hands-on with our ATS — move candidates through stages, keep data clean, and pull hiring reports
• •Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• •Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement
• •Pitch in on other recruitment and people initiatives

What We're Looking For

• •Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably in HR
• •Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition
• •Clear verbal and written communication
• •Working understanding of how recruitment operates
• •Comfortable coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders
• •Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• •Available to join immediately

Bonus points for

• •Prior HR or recruitment internship experience
• •Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• •Any prior exposure to an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
