### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung der HR-Abteilung
  • Recruiting und weitere HR-Tätigkeiten
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Personio
  • Aufbau von Performance-Management-Prozessen
  • Gestaltung effizienter HR-Strukturen und -Prozesse

### Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise ca. 5 Jahre
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
  • Erfahrung mit Personio
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude am Start-up-Umfeld
