  • Look at colleague journeys and identify ways to simplify processes, improve quality and make services more efficient.
  • Support the shaping, delivery, testing and embedding of service enhancements and process changes.
  • Support governance, controls and risk activities, monitoring issues and actions and raising concerns where appropriate.
  • Coordinate activities and provide clear updates to key collaborators and leaders as changes progress.
  • Build your knowledge of annual Reward processes and HR service delivery while sharing learning across the team.

Why join us

  • Colleague Experience: An understanding of how people processes and services connect to the wider colleague experience, with a focus on improving journeys and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work effectively across different teams and build productive working relationships to deliver shared outcomes.

And any experience of this would be really useful

  • Application of Policy: Experience applying established policies, processes or controls and recognising when exceptions need to be escalated.
  • Managing Key Relationships: Experience building positive working relationships, managing expectations and providing clear updates on progress, risks and issues.
