Summary

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the MARINE CORPS RECRUITING COMMAND of 4TH MARINE CORPS. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. Duties

  • You will serve as the subject matter expert on policy and procedures related to processing officer applications, orders and data input.
  • You will coordinate and provide recommendations in administrative requirements and applicant processing.
  • You will be responsible for training and development of recruiting personnel at the Recruiting Station and MCD level ensuring adherence to administrate procedures.
  • You will maintain a database and residual file on training.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Processing applicant packages, administering background screenings, and/or reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness; managing administrative workflows to meet recurring deadlines; drafting written correspondence and communicating information to diverse audiences; AND utilizing Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro to create, edit, and manage professional documents.
