  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • º professionelle Kundenberatung rund um die Immobilienvermittlung
  • º Betreuung der Mietobjekte & Immobilienverkauf unserer Stammkunden bei
  • Neuvermietung & Verkauf
  • º selbstständige Koordination und Durchführung der Kundentermine
  • º Bewertung von Immobilien mit Unterstützung unseres Teams
  • º Begleitung des Vermarktungsprozesses von der Erstanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen
  • Vertragsabschluss.
  • º Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Verhandlungen
  • º Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • º Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich ist nicht zwingend erforderlich - sie werden von uns umfassend eingeschult und haben immer ein Team zur Unterstützung dahinter
  • º Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • º Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • º Führerschein B & PKW

  • º Ideal auch neben dem Studium
  • º Einstufung und Gehalt werden wir auf Grundlage Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenz marktkonform und leistungsgerecht vereinbaren, das Einstiegsgehalt beträgt jährlich ab EUR 35.000,-brutto p.a. Vollzeit 40h/Woche zuzüglich Provisionen- ein Kollektivvertrag ist nicht anwendbar
  • º Das Durchschnittsgehalt ist variabel je nach eigenem Engagement
  • und liegt durchschnittlich zwischen 35.000€ und 70.000€ Einstiegsgehalt.
  • Arbeitszeiten:
  • Montag bis Freitag zwischen 9 Uhr bis 18 Uhr - Zeiten können individuell gelegt werden.
