Wir suchen Unterstützung im Bereich der Immobilienverwaltung. Arbeitsort ist idyllisch gelegen in der Nähe von Grimmen.

Aktuell werden von uns ca. 70 Wohnungen verwaltet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung der Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Immobilienverwaltung
  • Klärung von Mieterangelegenheiten
  • Termine vor Ort (Dienstwagen wird gestellt)

Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Möglichst mit Ausbildung zum Bürokaufmann/Immobilienverwaltung
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sicher in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Arbeitszeit variabel 30 bis 40 h/Wo.
  • Vergütung nach Vereinbarung
