Wir sind eine mittelständige Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Oberlungwitz. Seit über 30 Jahren verwalten wir unsere Mietobjekte in der Region. Für die Verwaltung unserer Mietobjekte suchen wir ab sofort einen Kaufmann/-frau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft.

Sie arbeiten im kleinen Team, führen Besichtigungen mit Mietinteressenten durch, schließen Mietverträge nach Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Eigentümer ab, führen Abnahmen und Übergaben durch. Zu den Aufgaben gehört auch die technische Verwaltung der Mietobjekte. In Abstimmung mit dem Eigentümer holen Sie Angebote ein und erteilen nach dessen Freigabe Reparaturaufträge, bearbeiten Versicherungsfälle und kontrollieren die Objekt und erteilen Aufgaben an die Hausmeister.

Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sowie technische Grundkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung für die Besetzung des Stellenangebotes.
