Wir suchen ab sofort engagierte

Immobilienverwalter / Property Manager (m/w/d)  in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenständige kaufmännische Verwaltung und Betreuung von Immobilien
  • effiziente Objektbewirtschaftung
  • Mietvertragsmanagement und Vertragsprüfung
  • Erstellung von Betriebs- & Heizkosten-Abrechnungen
  • Optimierung der wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Dienstleister
  • Steuerung von Objektbetreuern und Vermietern

Ihre Fähigkeiten:

  • abgeschlossene immobilienspezifische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung notwendig
  • Kenntnisse im Mietrecht und Vertragswesen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsgeschick
  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kenntnisse in ix-Haus und DocuWare von Vorteil
