Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer with 2 to 4 Years of experience to join our team in Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing software solutions, gathering and analyzing client requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring successful deployment of products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions for clients.
• •Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to ensure successful implementation.
• •Understand client requirements and configure the application accordingly.
• •Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions.
• •Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• •Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• •Prepare implementation documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
• •Monitor project timelines and ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.
• •Assist clients during go-live and post-implementation support.
• •Gather feedback from clients and communicate enhancement requirements to the product team.
• •Ensure data migration, system integration, and configuration activities are completed accurately.

Required Skills

• •Strong understanding of software implementation and deployment processes.
• •Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and client interaction.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Experience in client handling and requirement gathering.
• •Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and database concepts.
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• •Experience with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise applications is preferred.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• •2 to 4 Years of experience in Software Implementation, Technical Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with cloud-based applications and integrations.
• •Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• •Prior experience in client-facing roles.
