  • Installation und Betreuung von Hard- und Software, Windows-PCs, Macs, Netzwerk und Telefonie
  • Betreuung von Microsoft 365 sowie Unterstützung im Benutzer- und Gerätemanagement
  • Störungsbehebung und Anwenderbetreuung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Betreuung von IT-Systemen für Redaktion, Anzeigen, Druck und digitale Medienangebote
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Tests und Einführung von Updates und Systemen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierungs-, Cloud- und Containerplattformen sowie IT-Projekten
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, etwa HTL oder Lehre IT-Technik, oder vergleichbare Qualifi kation
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Anwenderbetreuung
  • Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und verständliche Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in Anwenderbetreuung oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
