Unterstützung des Teams mit deinem Know-how im Bereich Microsoft Server und Virtualisierung mit Schnittstellen zu Linux und Netzwerkbetrieb
Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs einer komplexen Serverinfrastruktur
** Fehleranalyse und -behebung
** Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung
** Technische Dokumentation
Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Optimierung neuer virtualisierter Serverinfrastrukturen
Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft in den Bereichen
** Automatisierung
** Security / Hardening
** Compliance und Standardisierung
Automatisierung komplexer Workflows mittels Powershell, Python oder vergleichbarer Technologien
Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft nach entsprechender Einarbeitung

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Serverbetriebssystemen
Sehr gute Erfahrung mit
** Active Directory, DNS, GPO, PKI
** RDS, Failover-Clustering, ADFS
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Virtual Desktop Infrastrukturen (Microsoft RDS Farmen, Omnissa Workspace One, Omnissa Horizon 8)
Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung (VMware Cloud Foundation 9)
Erfahrung im Bereich Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam 12/13)
Erweiterte Kenntnisse in MSSQL und IIS (Clustering, Farm)
Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Logging & Visualisierung (Checkmk, Graylog, Grafana)
Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk und Storage (VMware NSX, NetApp Metrocluster/FAS)
Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Bereitschaft zur Vorlage eines Strafregisterauszugs bei Bedarf
Persönlich überzeugst du als eigenständige:r, analytisch starke:r Teamplayer:in mit professioneller Kommunikation
