  • Abstimmung und Überwachung der Liefertermine Erstellung von
  • Lieferscheinen und Versandfreigabe Erstellung von Rechnungen inklusive
  • der Versandpapiere Abrechnung von Rücklieferungen und Erstellung von
  • Gutschriften Führen eines Ablagesystems innerhalb der gesetzlichen
  • Fristen Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Profil Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Vertriebs- und serviceorientiertes Handeln Kommunikationsstärke und
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und idealerweise
  • erste SAP Kenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind
