Ihre Aufgaben:

  • telefonische Annahme von Bestellungen sowie deren Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem Handwerk sowie Privatkunden (kein Direkt-Verkauf)
  • Beratung im Showroom „JOKA-Showroom“
  • Kalkulation und Verkauf mit Hilfe unseres internen Warenwirtschaftssystems
  • Ansprechpartner für unseren Außendienst
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenausgabe & -annahme mit den dazugehörigen Buchungen im ERP-System

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kfm. Berufsausbildung z.B. Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel, im handwerklichen Bereich oder gleichwertig
  • Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • technisches Verständnis
  • sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und kundenorientiertes Verhalten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Programmen wie SAP / AS400 / MS Office
