- Werde Teil unseres Teams… Der Caritasverband für den Kreis Lippe und die Stadt Bad Pyrmont e.V. sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für ein Integrationsprojekt in Bad Salzuflen für EU-Zuwanderer aus Südosteuropa.
- Die Stelle wird in Teilzeit (mit 19,5 Stunden/Woche) besetzt werden.
Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Unterstützung und Beratung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien im Integrationsprozess
- Migrationssensible Begleitung von Bildungsbiographien
- Unterstützung von Jugendlichen im Übergang Schule-Beruf
- Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Projekten zur individuellen lebensweltbezogenen Förderung der Kinder und Jugendlichen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Schulsozialarbeit, Schulamt, Lehrkräften, offener Ganztagsschule, offener Jugendarbeit, Kitas und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern Sie bringen für diese Tätigkeiten mit:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Kenntnisse im Sozialrecht (u.a. SGB II)
- Erfahrungen in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit
- EDV Kenntnisse
- Beratungskompetenzen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kultursensible Haltung und Kommunikation
- Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen und dem Leitbild der Caritas
