Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für das operative Controlling und die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens
  • -Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reports, Monatsreportings und KPI-Auswertungen
  • -Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie detaillierten Abweichungs- und Ursachenanalysen
  • -Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Budgets, Forecasts und Business Plans
  • -Analyse der Ergebnisentwicklung hinsichtlich Umsatz, Kosten, Margen und Profitabilität
  • -Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Management und Fachbereiche
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Plausibilität
  • -Identifikation von Kostenoptimierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen
  • -Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Reports und Steuerungsinstrumenten
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Accounting und den operativen Fachbereichen
  • -Schnelle Übernahme bestehender Controlling-Strukturen und Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Reportings während der Interim-Phase
  • -Sehr Excel Affin und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI

Anforderungsprofil
