As part of our team, you'll work alongside experts in sales, market analysis and strategy. You'll gain first-hand experience in strategic decision-making, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and contribute ideas that help shape the future of our business.

What can you expect?

• •Contribute to a strategic project that supports real management decisions, from analyzing data and testing hypotheses to developing strategic recommendations.
• •Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth, including sustainability and circular economy.
• •Help evaluate business opportunities, develop strategic options and turn your findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• •Get the opportunity to support international key account management and discover how strategic thinking translates into day-to-day sales activities.

What do you bring?

• •You're currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Psychology or a related field, ideally with a focus on strategy, sales or marketing.
• •You've already gained some practical experience in industry or consulting.
• •You enjoy working with data, asking the right questions and finding solutions to complex challenges.
• •You're confident using Excel and PowerPoint.
• •You're fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.

What else should you know?

• •Start date: January 2027
• •Duration: At least 3 months
• •Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• •Location: Leverkusen, with flexible working hours and a hybrid setup combining approximately three office days per week with working from home
• •Compensation: In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can look forward to an attractive gross monthly salary of €2,270 for a full-time position.
