Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management

Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability

Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

Manage inventory replenishment and allocation

Assist with inventory forecasting and planning

Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Physical Demands:

The Inventory Analyst may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
