· Maintain HTS/tariff classifications and support customs clearance, CPSC, and other import/compliance requirements.

· Maintain visibility into warehouse, in-transit, consignment, transfer, rework, and other inventory; research and resolve material variances.

· Coordinate inventory corrections, transfers, cycle counts, disposals, rework, consignment movements, and special handling with internal and external partners.

· Monitor stockouts, backorders, aging inventory, receiving discrepancies, and replenishment needs; escalate risks and recommend action.

· Partner with Sales and Production on seasonal priorities, key customer requirements, launch timing, custom/drop-ship programs, and inventory availability.

· Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation and logistics reporting, as well as KPIs.

· Develop actionable measures for shipment performance, lead times, receiving discrepancies, landed costs, stockouts, and turnaround time.

· Identify root causes and implement process improvements that improve service, inventory accuracy, speed, or cost.

· Maintain reliable tracking of open issues, non-recurring projects, escalations, and corrective actions through completion.
